Exquisite Louis Philippe table dressing table made around 1840 in France. Structure in wood veneered in mahogany and with lemongrass marquetry. In this delicate dressing table there are two parts, the mirror and the lower drawer. This register has a front decorated with lemongrass garlands framed in a cartouche. For its part, the mirror glass is silver, original from the period, also trimmed in lemongrass. It is tilting, and is supported by two simple black columns. The entire piece is supported on small turned legs. Magnificent piece and in extraordinary good condition. This beautiful antique piece of furniture was used as a dressing table, normally placed on a bedroom dresser or on a table.
