Vintage Design
Wonderful aluminum chair EA 108 by Charles & Ray Eames for Vitra. The seat and backrest are covered with black leather. The back is covered with Plano fabric, also in black (nero). The side profiles, armrests, clamping brackets and the base frame are made of chrome-plated die-cast aluminum.
The aluminum chair can be rotated and is in very good condition with slight signs of wear typical of its age, as you can see from the extensive product images. The chair has a manufacturer’s mark from Vitra. The seating comfort can be assessed as very good.
The Aluminum Chair EA 108 was designed by Charles & Ray Eames in 1958 and is considered one of the most important designs of the 20th century. The chair is ideal as a visitor and conference chair as well as for private use, e.g. B. as an office and dining room chair.
