Vintage Design
Modernist chair designed in the 1920s by the German architect Adolf G. Schneck (1883 – 1971) and produced by Thonet. For a long time, it was assumed that this chair was designed by the Austrian/Swedish architect Josef Frank. Both Schneck and Frank designed furniture for the Werkbund*. These chairs were also finished in colours (like red and green). Marked “Thonet”.
