They were made in England, and they date from around the 1920s.<\/p>\n<p>They are of very impressive large proportions, the quality is absolutely amazing and they are extremely comfortable.<\/p>\n<p>They sit on beautifully carved walnut bases, with well shaped scrolled out arms, scrolled back wings and scrolled hump back head rests.<\/p>\n<p>We have had them fully re-upholstered in high quality leather, they have been hand coloured to a gorgeous brown tone. The seat cushions are double sided with leather and are feather filled.
