Vintage Design
A rare piece, the Sandoz stool known as Saber, created by Charlotte Perriand, seduces with its thick circular seat concave on the surface and its distinctive profiled tripod legs, all in solid pine.
Initially made around 1955, it first adorned Charlotte Perriand’s personal chalet in Méribel. Then, in 1962, she adapted it to equip the cafeteria of the Swiss pharmaceutical laboratories Sandoz, hence the name.
Coming from the French Alps, this stool embodies Perriand’s timeless design.
Good general condition, stable with a nice patina.
