Charming coffee table from the Pirkka Series, designed by Ilmari Tapiovaara in 1955 for Laukaan Puu, Finland.
It has a solid pine top, which consists of 3 parts nicely connected by dowels and is supported by 2 pine wooden blocks.
This beautiful coffee table in Japanese style is quite rare and not offered a lot.
The table is in good condition. The top is refinished some time ago. 1 tiny repair at the base (last photo).
