Vintage Design
Mid-century set of six iconic Razor Blade Chairs designed by Henning Kjaernulf in the 1960s and manufactured by Danish Nyrup Mobelfabrikk, validated by the original label. The slightly curved backrests are razor blade-shaped and are an uncommon design feature. The style and shape of the carved legs and frame recall an almost Baroque design paired with Scandinavian modernism making an outstanding yet impressive combination.
The natural grain and color of the varnished oak are complimented by the original mid-century upholstery of the seats in cobalt blue. with a commitment to combining tradition and modernity, Henning Kjærnulf’s design is an immediately recognisable and timeless classic.
